Return & Exchange Policy


At Heavenly Flow by KJ, every item is crafted with intention and care. We want you to feel confident and supported in every purchase. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below.


Pint-On-Demand Products:

Many of our journals and devotionals are created through print-on-demand partners. Because these are custom-printed, they are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

If there is an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can make it right.


Ready-To-Ship Products:

Card decks, bookmarks, and stationary products may be eligible for returns or exchanges if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive something that isn’t right, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days.


Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the damage

We will replace the item or issue a store credit, depending on the situation.


Canceling an Order:

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started on print-on-demand products. For ready-to-ship products, contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to assist.
